Dr. Willem Lammers is a Swiss-Dutch psychologist, psychotherapist, and internationally certified trainer in transactional analysis. He is the founder of Logosynthesis®, a comprehensive model for healing and personal development that integrates psychology, energy work, and spiritual insight through the power of words.

After studying psychology at Radboud University Nijmegen, Willem began his professional career as a researcher at the Free University Amsterdam. He soon turned toward applied work and served in a leadership role at the Dutch Asthma Centre in Davos. In 1987, he founded the Institute for Applied Social Sciences in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, where he developed innovative training programs in coaching, supervision, and organizational development.

In 2005, Willem discovered the fundamental principles of Logosynthesis. The model is based on the understanding that we are life energy, and that energy can be either in flow or frozen. Disturbances such as dissociation and introjects can block the flow of this energy in the Matrix—our world of experience. Through precise, focused sentences, Logosynthesis restores the connection to Essence, the timeless source of life energy, and allows individuals to realign with their Free Self and Mission.

To support the dissemination of this model, Willem founded the Institute for Logosynthesis® in 2007, and in 2014, he co-founded the LIA, the Logosynthesis International Association, which now oversees professional training and certification worldwide.

Willem is the author of numerous books, including Discover Logosynthesis, Reclaiming Your Energy from Your Emotions, Sparks at Dawn, Minute Miracles, and Alone to Alive (with Raya Williams). His writing and teaching continue to influence professionals in psychology, coaching, education, and spiritual care around the world.

Today, Dr. Lammers lives and works in Maienfeld, Switzerland, where he teaches, writes, and guides the ongoing evolution of Logosynthesis in both theory and practice.
